REVIEWS

I want to start by saying what a brilliant herbal artist training this is. Although the herbal artist states “we are nature and nature is always doing what is right”. The  brilliance really stems from the way the material is broken down and taught. This method is so igniting that it literally cause one to remember on a cellular level that they are nature. You become connected to the herbs in a way that can never be forgotten.

With that being said the herbal Artist training course is detailed and organized by the different body system. The herbal artist encourages the learning of herbs through using them and observing the characteristics and behaviors of the herbs. This has been an effective learning style for me because its an interactive method that helps to engage all my senses when learning and herb. I pay attention to its smell, color, shape, texture, and where its growing. All that information tells a lot about an herb.  Simply studying what an herb does is only scratching the surface in terms of what that herb does. Furthermore, I was taught the five elements and how they relate to various herbs when healing multiple conditions. The herbal artist training teaches various things: applying herbs to medical conditions, applying proper parts, creating custom blends, formulating salves, making herbal oils, creating home cleaning products, making natural  hand sanitizers, creating fermented foods, making lotions and creams. In addition, this course addresses formulating a business around herbs, herbal product making and conducting consultations.

Overall, I would recommend the herbal artist training to anyone who wants to be an herbalist, learn about herbs for your own health & your familys’ health, build a business around herbs or simply interested in learning about herbs. The herbal artists are amazing herbalist and are dedicated to our understanding of herbs because we are the herbs.

This course will change your life.

Liver Cleanse begins Feb, 23rd 2020

Why is the liver important?

The liver is the second largest organ in your body and is located under your rib cage on the right side of the body. It weighs about three pounds and is shaped triangular in shape. The liver performs many jobs in your body. It processes what you eat and drink into energy and nutrients your body can use. The liver also removes harmful substances from your blood…

Carbohydrate Metabolism

It is critical for all to maintain concentrations of glucose in blood within a narrow, normal range. Maintenance of normal blood glucose levels over both short (hours) and long (days to weeks) periods of time is one particularly important function of the liver.
Excess glucose entering the blood after a meal is rapidly taken up by the liver and sequestered as the large polymer, glycogen (a process called glycogenesis). Later, when blood concentrations of glucose begin to decline the liver activates other pathways which lead to depolymerization of glycogen (glycogenolysis) and export of glucose back into the blood for transport to all other tissues. When hepatic glycogen reserves become exhausted, as occurs when we haven’t eaten for several hours, do the hepatocytes give up? No! They recognize the problem and activate additional groups of enzymes that begin synthesizing glucose out of such things as amino acids and non-hexose carbohydrates (gluconeogenesis). The ability of the liver to synthesize this “new” glucose is of monumental importance.

Fat Metabolism

Few aspects of lipid metabolism are unique to the liver, but many are carried out predominantly by the liver. Some major examples of the role of the liver in fat metabolism… The liver is extremely active in oxidizing triglycerides to produce energy. The liver breaks down many more fatty acids that the hepatocytes need, and exports large quantities of acetoacetate into blood where it can be picked up and readily metabolized by other tissues…
A bulk of the lipoproteins are synthesized in the liver…
The liver is the major site for converting excess carbohydrates and proteins into fatty acids and triglyceride, which are then exported and stored in adipose tissue…
The liver synthesizes large quantities of cholesterol and phospholipids. Some of this is packaged with lipoproteins and made available to the rest of the body. The remainder is excreted in bile as cholesterol or after conversion to bile acids.

Protein Metabolism

The most critical aspects of protein metabolism that occur in the liver are:
Deamination and transamination of amino acids, followed by conversion of the non-nitrogenous part of those molecules to glucose or lipids. Several of the enzymes used in these pathways (for example, alanine and aspartate aminotransferases) are commonly assayed in serum to assess liver damage…🤔
Removal of ammonia from the body by synthesis of urea. Ammonia is very toxic and if not rapidly and efficiently removed from the circulation, will result nervous system disease (cleaning products anyone)… A frequent cause of such hepatic encephalopathy in dogs and cats are malformations of the blood supply to the liver called portosystemic shunts…
Hepatocytes are responsible for synthesis of most of the plasma proteins. Albumin, the major plasma protein, is synthesized almost exclusively by your liver……..

Live..r

So when we look at sugar breaching the body by way of the liver now we have an imminent threat. cause now we have the sugar in the body, remember the difference between man made sugar and nature’s sweet. So now as the drug is in the body the liver trys it best to do damage control. Let’s look at it in simple terms. The blood doesn’t have more than one teaspoon of sugar in its 4-5 liters at any given point in time.

Sugar has breach the liver, who despite all its efforts to keep sugar out the body was over run. now if the liver can’t keep out the sugar that means the excretory system has been compromise. (to get waste/toxins out the body, the body needs to be able to eliminate it. So constipation has set in). The only way for the body to be constipated is from what it ingests. In this case we’re looking at the drug sugar.

The digestive system has been compromised now basically all body functions have to slow down . Let’s look at that, being that sugar is acidic when ingested by the body it weakens the stomach ability to produce proper acid. Acid is Acid so when the body ingest the acid that sugar is, the stomach wont have to produce any of its own.

Learn to ID sugar,,(man made) from sweet seed bearing foods from nature.

Now get the body a good colon cleanser along with an aloe vera leaf. When the stomach does not produce the right quality of acid, this is when food stays in the stomach longer than usual, that food begins to ferment in the stomach. The gas from fermenting foods in the stomach has to go somewhere and being that the excretory system is backed up that gas has to go up to avoid what is called heart burn. And on its way up this gas begins to burn the esophagus starting a mild to severe case of acid reflux. Due to the alkalinity of the aloe leaf (l would just peel a piece and eat it or blend and drink it ) energizes the stomach to produce the proper quality acid, 1. Stimulate peristalsis of the entire GI tract, 2. We will get to the parasites later.

Now am taking the colon cleanse that is designed to work with the body’s natural cycle assimilation, digestion, elimination. This is why we take the colon cleanse somewhere between 7-9 pm, this way at night when the body rest and goes through its cleansing period it wakes up in the morning and goes to the bathroom to eliminate.

Now all this time i’m drinking my lemon water. Since we have some good movement and the body is eliminating efficiently, I would definitely drink some Dandelion or Yellow dock or even some liver gallbladder tea that would energize the liver. Cause it has a lot more work to do. Next time we would look at ways we can help the liver with all the hard work……..
